How to Start:
First, ensure your Palm Pro is fully charged before initial use. Press the power button five times in quick succession to turn the device on. To adjust the voltage, press and hold the power button—LED indicators will flash three times to show the current voltage setting.
Activate the 10-second preheat by quickly pressing the power button twice. The LED temperature indicators will blink while the device warms up and will stop once preheating is complete. To cancel preheating at any time, press the power button once.
To turn off the Palm Pro, simply press the power button five times in succession.
What is the Purpose of the Airflow Collar?
The airflow collar lets you customize your vaping experience. Slide it to the left for lighter, less dense clouds, or to the right for warmer, more flavorful vapor. Keeping it in the middle provides a balanced hit with rich flavor and satisfying clouds.
How to Load Oils:
Start by removing the mouthpiece from the cartridge. Add your desired amount of oil into the cartridge, then attach a magnetic adapter to the glass cartridge and screw the mouthpiece back on. Reinsert the cartridge into the chamber, and you’re ready to enjoy a smooth, flavorful puff!
How to Charge:
Always remove the cartridge before charging the device. For first-time use, charge the Palm Pro for 90 minutes. Once you unplug the charging cable, the LED indicator lights will flash five times to confirm the battery is fully connected.
During charging, the LED temperature indicators will flash to show the current battery level. When the Palm Pro is fully charged, all three LEDs will blink three times to confirm it’s ready for use.
Troubleshooting:
The device will automatically stop if the session lasts more than 10 seconds to avoid overheating.
